Is it correct that the precipitation amount during 3 hours is the sum of hourly values during the period?
E.g. precipitation during 12:00 - 15:00 is the sum of hourly values at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00?
According to the docs:
precip – the amount of liquid precipitation that fell or is predicted to fall in the period.
Which else weather/agro elements are time cumulative?
