I am currently testing the product of yours which I think quite affordable. I tried to download hourly data that includes sea level pressure. however the excel file only give one data every 3 hours. I thought your system automatically calculate and fill the empty cells, no?
The data I requested was Semarang, Indonesia, in October 2021.

Thank you for your question. Our system will attempt to fill in missing data where possible. However, if the available data is sparse, the system will not fill in all missing values so we do provide misleading data.
We have created a support ticket to have our data team review this particular query to review the source data for any possible problems.
