Above is working in Power BI -> Get Data-> Web -> Basic -> URL

But if I input in the daterange, it does not work, why?

  Thank you for your question. We have tested your request in a local Power BI installation and we were able to successfully import the data into Power BI. 

  Could you describe how the import is not working for you? Is it failing to retrieve the data at all, not able to show the preview or failing after loading the data from the preview into the main dashboard? Which step of the the following document is not working correctly? https://www.visualcrossing.com/resources/documentation/weather-data-tutorials/how-can-i-load-historical-weather-data-into-microsoft-power-bi/

  Also please check that the exact URL you are using to import the data works correctly in a browser in case. You may receive errors depending on your license type as free plans are able to retrieve smaller amounts of data.

  Finally as you are working in a different location to our test, please check the encoding is correct and also locale-based  settings such as date format are set correctly the for the expected values.
