What means Sky Unchanged Weather Condition Type (type_29)?

The Weather conditions contains of one entry called "Sky Unchanged" which is "type_29".

My Question is what does it mean? To what does it Refer? When does the API return this type as condition?

Hi -

the conditions used by Visual Crossing follow the standards of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) -

"Sky Unchanged" is defined there as "no characteristic change of the state of the sky during the past hour". It is only used by Visual Crossing if the actual station reports this as value.
