I have a list of cities. One city in each line. When I paste the list in the location import, one step is asking for a full address. Why??
Why isn't it taking the list of cities? I can add cities manually but I can not import a list of cities?

Support Agent Official comment Thank you for the information. On step 2 'Review Data', did you leave the "My data has headers" checkbox checked? If so, the first line of the data will be used as headers for step 3 where the drop downs for Latitude and Longitude will appear. If there is only one row in the file, no rows will be imported as the header row is skipped.

Support Agent Tony, the preferred way to do this is to use "import from file" choose a CSV-utf8 file that was saved from Excel. When you load the CSV, it will parse all of the fields and let you choose what is best for location identification. See below.

Tony My file has one line
Buenos Aires, -34.603722, -58.381592
The address form popped up which I filled and then it says 0 locations will be imported and the import button is disabled. Why? -
Tony I don't see the "My data has headers" checkbox.

Support Agent Thank you. Yes you are right - the web site doesn't allow you to select columns properly if there is only one line in the file. We have created a tech support ticket for this to follow up on and will let you know when we have fixed it.
As a workaround, if you add a header row you will be able to import successfully.
For example:
Name,Lat,Lon
London,51.5072,-0.1276Regards
