Degree Day API result sets appear incomplete

The api call below has no degree day information until 4/11/2023 despite the request being from year start?  Is this explainable behavior or a data quality issue?

  Thank you for your question. Based on your parameters, there will be only degrees days when the average daily temperature is above 65 degree days. Any days where the average is below 65 will contribute no degree days. You can add average temperature by adding the 'temp' element to your query. In this case for this location, the day when the average daily temperature was above 65F, was April 11th.
